PHOENIX, Ariz., April 22, 2010 – Cavco Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVCO), parent company of Cavco Homes and Fleetwood Homes, has received the Manufactured Housing Institute’s “Manufacturer of the Year Award.”

The award, presented at the 2010 National Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing in Las Vegas, recognizes Cavco’s consistent quality of product, extensive design capabilities and top notch customer service.
