    $32 Million Acquisition of North American Adds to Champion's Growing Modular Market Share

    Champion Enterprises, Inc., a leader in factory-built construction, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Maryland-based North American Housing. The debt-free transaction is valued at $32 million in cash and will be immediately accretive to Champion's results.
